Security Agent Services and Personal Protection Detail

  • Agents are former members of U.S. law enforcement, military veterans (U.S., IDF) or their equivalents from the private security industry
  • Agents are tested on readiness and knowledge of the Operational Plan and Emergency Response Protocols
  • Site personnel are trained to think outside the box and to confidently respond to familiar and unfamiliar scenarios
  • Some Agents are first aid, CPR and AED certified, Fireguard, EMT-B level optional

Operational Planning

Following deep analysis of the potential threats, a site-specific, written Operational Plan is designed to address routine and emergency aspects by implementing custom made protocols and procedures designed to:
  • Deter and detect potential attacks and minimize threats
  • Respond to and manage an ongoing attack according to practiced and tested dynamic reaction modules
  • The Operational Plan is implemented with a structured shift schedule to ensure proper security protocols are implemented, and each team member has an assigned task in routine and emergency situations.

Construction Security Planning

  • As with all of our projects, we take pride in our ability to work closely with outside contractors and design teams, to not only create the most secure location, but also a location that will mesh with your community needs and activities. On previous projects, we have worked closely with Architects, Engineers - both structural and civil, MEPs, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document
  • Projects include: complete campus reconstruction, complete restructuring and renovation of the main entrance and lobby (interior and exterior), new wing or addition, new facility on exiting grounds, or a new campus, among others.

Risk Assessment and Grant Drafting

  • Determine a facility’s security priorities by conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of the facility’s needs, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threats
  • Addressing potential consequences with target hardening recommendations outlined in a prioritized list of security measures that created a road map for how to implement security budgets and funded awards.
  • GLOBAL OPS is the leading for profit grant filer for the Non-Profit Security Grant Program, and received more than $15 milllion in awards for its clients, just in 2023 alone.
  • In 2023, GLOBAL OPS submitted more than 180 New York SCAHC Applications, and won over $8M for our clients, meaning one in every 8 awards from the state was a Global Operations Application
  • Global Operations has filed applications in NY, NJ, CT, MA, AZ, CA, MI, FL, TN, PA, DC, and IL.
